I recently reformatted my computer and noticed that my computer doesn't detect my factory hard drive. Does anyone have a clue before i have to send this in to a shop?

... at the early stages during install you should see a <F6> <key> prompt to offer the appropriate (click >>) Sata drivers!

Did that computer originally come with Windows 7 pre-installed?

Did you special order it to come with WinXP?
