Hangs @ file agp440.sys even in safe mod

My computer will not boot, even into safe mode. It hangs at agp440.sys... I've tried all options... can't get to the recovery console via CD, can't use boot floppies, nothing. What should I do?

From the reading I did it appears to be an IRQ conflict. So take the advice from others and see if it resolves your issue.

Go into bios and load bios defaults....then just alter what you need too...
reboot pc !!!!

Fixed ?
