The game crashed the computer and i had to press reset to reboot the computer. Now, windows is stuck at the windows xp welcoming screen, and it doenst go to the desktop. Help! Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

Restart the PC and hit F8 key to take you to the Safe Mode menu. Try select "Last known good configuration." If it works, you're lucky that XP forgives you. But always remember to never play games or do anything when Windowx update is busy renovating your OS.

Two options...
1. If you have Windows XP CD, perform repair reinstallation.
2. If your Windows came preinstalled, use the restoration CD.
