My start up hangs up for about 35 seconds at the Welcome Screen. I have exhausted everything I know to figure out what would cause this. Msconfig has only 5 items which is my mouse and background running programs. No viruses or spyware detected. I defrag with Diskeeper and did a Registry clean. I even unchecked all my items in msconfig and no difference after restart. Deleted all of my prefetch files with CCleaner. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. BTW, what is an acceptable time at the Welcome Screen for most computers??
