I've had Windows freeze up on me, so I rebooted, noticed I had some odd problems such as programs not starting properly and figured I should just restart it properly.
After having done that, Windows suddenly starts at the welcome window, with the log in where you can choose your account, something I had never set up before. So either way I click on my account and for a split second the desktop background flashes and then it goes back to the welcome screen, instantly signing me out again.
This happens every time I press it, I'm stuck at the sign in screen. I already tried booting from my Windows XP disk and ran a repair of my installation, but nothing changed.
Is there any way to fix this or at the very least make it possible to save my files on there?
