I'm running XP Home SP1 and have 6 user accounts set up. Every time one of the users logs off a End Task error message box pops up for something called TRAYICONHANDLER. It tries to end the program, fails to do it, and then provides a choice to click on either "End Now" and "Cancel" buttons. About 75% of the time the computer freezes regardless of which button we click on. Total freeze--can't switch to another user or shutdown. Sometimes the computer goes to a black screen and freezes there.
