Hello all,
I have been siving and siving through all the forums on here for an answer so please bare with me as im new. I have tried many Boot Disk and even the Win XP CD to try and fix this anoying issue and yet..nothing is working.If anyone out there has any idea on how to refresh the HAL.DLL error then please help i have already tried the SYS C: command still..nothing please if anyone has any sugestions i will be extreamly greatful. Thank you all.
P.S I have tried i would say ALL solutions so far.

Thank you i have already had a look at that artical. Is there anyway i can make another partician on the hard drive so i can have two versions of XP on 1 single hard drive? so i can access the new 1 which i would of installed to access all my personal data on my old instal of XP. Sorry if this sound abit self explanitory for u guys im new.
