Hacked File??

I came across this file after re installing my OS after hacker problems. I even had to change my MB , because they where in the bios so bad, with all kinds of back door programs. I dont want to go through this again. Please let me know if this is wierd, or what. Also another question, is it possible that a wierd file can stay inside the printer so that when you re install the OS, and hook the printer in, that the pritner drivers hide the hackers back door programs? Or maybe something else like that is happening, as I keep getting hacked....
