guest administrator account missing

Im using windows XP os, I decided to password protect the guest log in instead of using my log in as the administor. Now the only one account shows is "Mine" with limited restrictions...all other accounts are missing. I restared the computer in safe mode and still the only account showed was Mine. There is no option to add any accounts.

reboot and when you get to log in use cntrl /alt/del and the admin account will show...just type in your password and log in as admin! Change Is Good http://www.citizenlink.org/Stopligh...

what exactly did you do? (when you password protected the guest account) why was the guest account enabled anyway? How did you normally log on to this machine previously? Is this XP Home or Pro (or Media)?
