Green Links in Post-??????

Hi Guys.
I'v made a few posted in the past, but I posted a question today and I've noticed a few " GREEN" underlined links in my post.
Just a question as to how this is done. It something that I've noticed in many posts.

These are links added dynamically during the page load which link to "smart" advertisements. It's an unobtrusive way to advertise and for Computing.net to make some money.
You can also click on the "What's this?" link inside the balloon that pops up when you hover over the ad for more info.
Its a form of advertising and is less intrusive than pop ups and pop unders. Keeps the site free and Computing.Net has been using this form of advertising for a very long time. You get used to it after awhile.
