Graphics tablet installation error

I can't install my graphics tablet called 'Deleter xp-pen" (using the cd) onto my computer and it doesn't detect any new 'ware' once I connect the cable to the usb slot. However, when I connected my graphics tablet to the laptop, it installs and works just fine X__X So when I try to install the tablet to my computer, the error reads:
16 bit Windows Subsystem C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application. Close Ignore
