Hi,
I'm looking to buy a new graphics card for my brothers computer. He has a Gateway computer, 1GHZ AMD with i think 128 ram, and a crap graphics card. Could I buy him a decent one, would it work on that pc? I was thinking a cheap but decent option like a GeForce4 PowerPack Pro from ebuyer for about £40.
Cheers
Alex Bryan

Have you checked to see if his Gateway has an AGP slot? Is it on board video that can be disabled?
