I have written a few times but no proper repsonce, problem ... no games can be played as I have integrated vga, my pc is hp pavillion 8603, I upgrated the harddrive from 10 gb to 20 gb and then ram from 64mb to 320mb, win98 to xp pro, now I cannot play any graphic games like cricket 2003, or gta 2002, icehockey 2002, etc, my display adapter is intel 82810, have the latest drivers and updates and SP1 etc.. but all games start and freezes right at the begaining, and PC had to be cold booted, there is no bios update as i have searched for weeks on hp site and all over internet.. can someone suggest any solutions as I haven't played a game in 3 months...

There doesn't seem to be a bios update but in the following link it states that the only on board graphic chip supported by win xp is the 810.

You need to install a PCI graphics card. You can probably get a 64mb card for about $50.
I have the same onboard video on my Pavilion 7840 and I upgraded to a Geforce MX440 AGP for the same reason.
You might have to change the settings in your bios to a PCI card when you install the card. Also, it would be advisable to uninstall or disable the onboard from Windows before installing a new card.
Your onboard video card (11mb) can only handle games that require up to 16mb video. After that, they won't work.
