GoToAssist Express/Software Restriction Polic

Specs: Windows xp, Intel
I have put in place a SRP and are having issues with GoToAssist Express, Everytime our help desk needs to use this program to connect to another machine that user has to download a small exe, however, with the new SRP in place they not allowed to do this.

As you can see from this image -

Is there anyway I can add a new path rule or .EXE rule to allow the user to download this? Thank you for your time.

I know there is a way to add a rule, as you can see from the image it puts the .EXE is one of those crazy temp folders first, then it want's to install.

Thanks for stating the obvious, the SRP was created in group policy on a machine running Windows XP.
