Hi, I had posted questions several days ago regarding AOL and not having internet access or my buddy list. I have corrected the problem....I installed AOL 6.0 and now have buddy list and access to the internet. So if anyone has had that problem, maybe try instlling AOL6.0 Basically my problem started with the IE6 download.
Thanx to everyone that offered suggestions Nanette :)

Didn't say this at the time because I didn't want to confuse you but as I understand it, there was no need to have installed the SP for IE6 since it is included in XPSP1
If that is what you did?

After looking back, I think I may have d/l and and installed the sp1 and the sp1 (express). After I d/l AOL 6.0 and put the organize file from 7.0 in the 6.0 folder AOL wouldnt work, so there must be a corrupt file in my organize file. I deleted AOL 6.0 and reinstalled it without putting the organize file in there and it is working fine. This forum is great!! Everyone is so helpful. In reading different posts I learned things that I didnt know. So Thanx once again to all.
