I downloaded Google Earth...when I clicked on 'run" i got this message:C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop\Google_Earth_BZXV.exe is not a valid Win32 application. Does this mean I can't use Google Earth???

I believe what you DLoaded is a compressed self extracting program. Double click the file and it should start the install process. It will install a desktop icon that is used to launch the program.

I wonder if you downloaded the wrong thing. You should go to http://earth.google.com/ to download it.

I tried the double click, same message...I went to the site to download, and it is the same site i downloaded from...with dial up it took almost 3 hours to download...I'm trying again, and if it doesn't work this time, I guess it's one more thing that we out in the country with access only to lousy dial up, can't get...TY ALL

You don't need to use the run button to open the compressed file. I just DLed Earth a week ago and it worked just fine. My download is titled Google_Earth_BZXV.exe and it is 15,365KB. Double click the icon and get a run screen.
