hello

can you give me the name of a good free (or not to expensive) video editing program for windows XP that
can make Flash animations not look bad choppy or blurry, i have tried windows movie maker, roxio and
Ulead video 9 SE but they all make t look bad. (do not recommend imovie because that's what i using now
and that sill does not look that good. My budget is maybe about $100-$200 or less.
