I am looking for a calendar program that I could use for my every day events; I also need it for school (high school, that is), for keeping organized etc. Any ideas for a good software program?

well, it also depends on how you want to access it. you could use microsoft outlook, or if you have a palm, just use the palm desktop. If you want to be able to access it from different computers, use yahoo.

I think Yahoo calendar is the easiest of the web based calendars. MSN also has a calendar, but I like Yahoo better.

I guess I'll start using Microsoft Outlook; I've always used Microsoft Outlook Express for e-mails, and used the other programs in the Office XP bundle that I got, but never used Outlook (until now). The reason it wasn't my first choice was because of Outlook Express's extreme flexibility with e-mail, compared to Outlook's horrible look/navigation. But I guess I have no other chioce; thanks for all the replies.

for a good web calendar, try HUNTCAL.COM. It's free and good. Use one myself for child care center parents.
