gmail certificate error

Specs: xp pro, 2.1/512DDR

Here is a message I got on both firefox and IE7 when I tried logging into my Gmail today. Did anyone else have this problem?

Did you continue to the site in IE? Did you an an exception to the Certificate in Firefox?

If there is an incorrect date or time in your operating system's calendar, you get gmail certificate error. Go to Date & Time Properties to correct it and make sure that Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes is checked.

actually my time is correct. The glitch was only the day that I posted the origional post. Today there are no errors on any browser. That was strange.

I guess welcome to cyberland, home of strange events....LOL
