Every once in a while, a box, or generic program icon appears on the task bar near the start button, then, just as suddenly as it appeared, it's gone. I have no idea what this could be. I've had this prob for 1 or 2 months now, and I'm afraid "Big Brother" is watching me! I've done all utilities I can think of, Norton (all), Spybot, Adaware, etc... I've checked the msconfig utility, "Startup", "Services" and can't seem to find anything that is causing this. I am in appreciation to anyone who can direct me to "clean the demons" out of my system. Any suggestions would be one more than I have already. Thanks in advance.
