Ghost 2003 cloning problem

Comment:
Using Norton Ghost 2003 I clone my main drive to an identical (same make and model) drive. Ghost announces a success but the cloned drive will not boot. I get a blue screen similar to the XP logout screen and the computer hangs. I have tried just about all recovery techniques I know with no success. The only way I have found to get the drive bootable is to reinstall WinXP Pro. Any suggestions?

Make certain you've selected "Image/Boot" in options before you create the image file. If the bootsector isn't cloned, XP won't be able to boot from the restored image.
