These are my specs:
Geforce4 ti4200 (250 core) 128MB AGP
384 DDR RAM
1.6 Pentium4

Many people have told me that I can run MSXBOX graphics... thats a lie.

But maybe not.

Some people told me that an MSXBOX only goes to 800x600 or 1024x768.

If I hook up my computer (with above specs) to a normal CRT tube TV via S-video, should my games look like an MSXBOX when I run my games at 800x600 and 1024x768?

A normal TV CRT has MUCH poorer resolution than a monitor. You will be VERY disappointed in the picture. If I remember correctly a TV CRT has a resolution somewhere around 400x300
