Getting Server Busy Message

Hello~Once the computer is turned on and is at the desktop, a message box opens that says: Server Busy-Click Switch to correct problem or "Retry". I clicked on "Switch To" and it brings up the list under Start Up.
Can you please help me correct this? Thanking you in advance for help.
