Comment: I have a gateway computer and I am using Windows XP. The problem is, in the process of trying to get rid of a virus, I turned off system restore and then booted the computer in safe mode. But now, I don't know how to get the computer out of safe mode and back into normal mode. I've tried different things but everything says that I can't because system restore is off and cannot be turned on in safe mode. So i'm stuck. Please help me get my computer back to normal!!!

Reply: it should restart in normal mode shouldnt it? press f8 right after your computer boots and it should give you a menu... maybe...
