Gettin rid of Network Connection message

How do you get rid of the annoying Network Connection where it asks you to connec to the internet with whatever available ISP program. YOu know the screen that has two options where you can disable autoconnect when logged on and some other option. Thank you all in advance and Have a Merry Christmas.
