Get rid of search toolbar?

When I close the search toolbar it keeps apearing when I start IE. how do I get it to stay off always?

IE > View > Toolbars , untick > Top Browser's search bar .

Or ,

IE > View > Toolbars > Customise , click on Search , click on Remove .
