Hello,
I just had a virus and i got rid of it. but the problem is everytime i start up my computer i get an error message saying
"cannot find iexpIorer.exe"
tat exe file was the virus which has now been successfully deleted.
My question now is how do i get rid of tat error message from popping up everytime i start up windows.
also i have checked in msconfig for anything unusual and havnet found anything
i also loooked in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

and i dont see anything there either except one string that is named (Default) with its data having no value set. so i dont know wat that is but i dont think its that file.

anyways thanks for the help

you could try the 30 day free trial of trojan remover from www.simplysup.com
after installing run the update to get the latest definitions, then reboot if prompted, then run a scan. it will check your registry, and and other places where these things load from.
