soenartoadi, Run "Disk Cleanup", right click your Recycle Bin, choose Properties and move the slider a notch to the left to lower the space used by the Recycle bin to maybe 5 % instead of the default 10 %. Right click My Computer, choose Properties, under the System Restore tab move the slider to the left to lower the number to 5 % which should be plenty.

If it's a desktop, add a second drive and move stuff like music and videos to the second drive.

If it's a laptop, replace the drive with a new larger one.

use crapcleaner either daily or twice weekly. You can add custom folders to it.
You can also remove the contents of dllcache folder which is in windows/system32 folder. It will give you more than 450 mb of space.
