hello..i am getting this message 'generic host process for windows 32 services"
i think i have a virus on my pc that has caused this...i am running bit defender but still the pc is getting to slow and to irritating..can you please provide me with a solution that doesnt rquire me to install windows again?? also my audio driver is screwed badly my pc isnt picking it..also i have a windows xp service pack 2
please help me..it will be much appreciated

... (or copy n past >>>) type :

Tasklist /SVC>C:\readlog.txt [press ENTER]

... next open "My Computer" ... open (drive) ...C:\

... open "readlog"
