when i boot my computer up and log on the SEND or DON"T SEND ERROR pops up with this Generic Host Process for Win32 Services thing how do i fix it??

The genuine Generic Host Process for Win32 Services is svchost.exe. If the one that prompted this querue has the same name, you should allow it to access the Internet. Otherwise your Net will not function witthout it. There may be many instances of this processors and it's normal.
