hello, i just installed a geforce 420 mx 64 meg video card with tv out and a fresh reformat and install of win xp pro on my system. i have the most current detenator drivers for the card. everything seems to be working right with the new card but the only problem is that when i use the tv as a monitor the quality really sucks. ive tried different setting with the detenator driver but still no luck. is their another program i could use to make the picture quality on the tv better or is their other drivers i need to use for the picture quality on tv. or maybe i need to adjust the setting on the tv. the picture quality on the monitor is fantastic. its just the tv that has the bad quality. hopefully someone out thier has the knowledge and experience i need to make this work. i appreciate any help in advance! thanks, ash

Using you TV as a monitor will NOT look good. Mosly likly very large and blurry right? the resolutions are very different between TV format and monitor. Only use this for Some games ans movies.

oh, ok..so thiers no way really to polish up the picture im getting when using the tv for a monitor. your right buzz, when i play dvds and such the picture isnt to bad. but when viewing text and stuff its really bogus and blurry lookin. i havent tryed any games yet, but hopefully that will work out when i get them installed. thanks for your help..
