gcc instolation problem

I installed OSE 4.4.1 package, which using gcc as a compiler, on XP and set up every environment variable I should (I think so) – Path, GCC_EXEC_PREFIX, OSE_ROOT. But I still get cpp: instolation problem, can not exec cpp: no more processes dmake.exe: Error code 129, while making ‘<foo.o>’
or
cpp: -lang-c: linker input file unused since linking not done as: unrecognized option “-Qy” dmake.exe: Error code 129, while making ‘<foo.o>’

gcc is a c/c++ compiler and OSE is real-time operating system, which you can run on PC and/or embedded. And I’m trying to make it work on my PC with XP on it. And here is a conflict some kind – when I try to compile the sample project (it work on 2000 and NT normally) I run into the situation, which I described earlier. Do you have any suggestions? May be I’m in wrong forum?
