Begin by ignoring the advice given by faisal9555. You have given no information to suggest bad sectors. To suggest deleting all temp files after a low-level format only demonstrates this persons lack of knowledge (you'd have nothing on the drive at all after a low-level format).

Your problem could be caused by a number of different things.

Firstly, I'd suggest following the advice given by Nan. Empty the recycle bin, temp files, Temporary Internet files, etc.

Secondly, do a complete system scan for both viruses and spyware.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Well I did a virus scan..Nothing came up.. ((Thats when I used AVG)) And then afew hours later without scanning like.. 6 viruses came up with my EzAntivirus thing which I deleted except for to becuse they could not be removed.. But my GB stayed the same.

I did spyware I found alot of stuff on there which all seemed normal exept for something called "Dyfuca" I had never seen that before except for afew viral pop up things.
So once again I removed all things in my Spyware/adware thing and my Gb stayed the same..
