I have been getting garbled text when I have tried to download a free credit report or even on Netflix. it is like the text is squished together so closely and is impossible to read...same thing on my application for credit report. it is like boxes to type info in... are over each other. It also happens on Sidestep with airline schedules. I know it sounds confusing but it is difficult to work with it.
I have help on this forum before so I am hoping for the best. I am on compuserve when when it happens

What format is the document in? It is unusual for documents to be downloaded in plain text - most likely PDF which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe's web site.

It is just on a regular website. it use to work fine and when I use Internet Explorer it is fine but not Compuserve. I don't want to have to delete and reinstall the software! Is there anything else I can try. I have Adobe Acrobat already installed.
