might need a more powerful power supply if you've upgraded components in your system. what do you have at the moment?

try finding an updated driver, and make sure there is no conflicts with other devices. if all else fails i believe i saw a util for radeon cards on their website to diagnose. also one more thing, i had a similar prob with my old nvidia card when upgrading my pc's motherboard. i bought a motherboard with integraded video, i had to disable it.
