I purchased a Nyko Airflo controller for my computer and installed and configured it. It seems to work fine, however, when I try to use it in a game, it doesn't seem to be recognized.
The 2 games I've tried with are Unreal Tournament 2003 and Postal 2. When I check the option to enable joystick and leave the menu, it doesn't save the check, and the gamepad doesn't work.
Is there something I'm missing here?

Joe: try the following:
1. dissipate static;turn off the computer with the USB gamepad still plugged in.
unplug the gamepad from the port.
plug the USB gamepad into the other USB port (if you have another USB port), and unplug it again.
with the USB gamepad unplugged, restart the computer.
when your Windows desktop appears, plug the USB gamepad back in.2. use a powered hub.
3. reset the gamepad;
quit all programs that are running.
unplug the gamepad from the USB port.
click Start, Control Panel, double-click Game Controllers,
in the Game Controllers list, remove any false game controller entries (ghost devices) that appear, for example:
duplicate game controller entries,
entries for game controllers that are no longer installed,
entries for the gamepad that you unplugged (above),
click OK to close the dialog box.
plug the gamepad in to the USB port.
turn off the computer.
unplug the gamepad from the USB port.
wait for about 10 minutes.
plug in the gamepad, and then restart the computer.let us know what worked for you...
