Hello everybody. I was just wondering why my game crashes back to windows desktop randomly. I'm plyaing Nba Live 2003 and after the 1st qtr or in the middle of the second qtr, the game crashes back to the desktop or sometimes it shows the Blue Screen of death.

I wonder what the problem is. I just added a kingston 512mb ram pc333 after i had my video card fixed for banding problems. After playing for a week, all my games started to crash back to the desktop.

My complete specs are:

CPU: P4 2.0 ghz
RAM: kinmax 256 mb pc333 (x2)
kingston 512 mb pc333
Video Card: Innod3d G4 Ti4200 128mb
HD: 40 gig Seagate 7200rpm (x2)
PSU: 300 watts

Hope anyone can help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if you have enough power. Might wanna consider a more powerful power supply. What is the error that you get on your BSOD?

I had this message when i played gta3:

Faulting application gta3.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module gta3.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0014fa1b.

For Counter-Strike:

Faulting application hl.exe, version 1.1.1.0, faulting module podbot.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00013204.

I forgot the one for nbalive, but it usually tells something about nv4.dll something.

How many watts of power supply do u suggest i buy?

Probably overheating. Take your case cover off and see if it works for longer or stick some fans in? Try a bigger heat sink on your processor or clean off all the dust from under the fan.
