Fujitsu Bluetooth not working.

A week ago, the bluetooth device in a fujitsu lifebook T4010 stopped working after several months of service. Oddly enough, I can't get our spare lifebook to operate its bluetooth either. No new programs have been installed and the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack does not completey install. It asks that I "Plug in you bluetooth device." well the bluetooth on a lifebook is integrated. Windows finds the device and installs the drivers for it but device manager returns "this device cannot start (code 10)" error. Any ideas?
