I get the following error message when i enter my ftp address on internet explorer address bar. I am connecting through a WLAN radio. Surprisingly, the systems from the other side of the radio are accessing the ftp site except for ones running later versions of Windows XP, who are having the same challenge. The error is: "Windows cannot access this folder. make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details The server name or address could not be resolved."

can you ping it? Also, not to be overly simple but, what url are you using? Make sure you are using ftp://website.com versus http://website.com
