Hello, I have a tough one for you all. I have just bought a new case with 2 USB ports on the front. I have plugged in all of the cables as per the instructions of my motherboard, and updated all of the USB drivers, but when I plug in my USB QuickDrive it doesn't recognize what it is. The computer does recognize that it is there, but cannot determine what it is. Ok, maybe I plugged something in wrong, but when I plug any of my other USB devices (Mouse, Printer, IR Reciever) all work perfectly without problem. Then I thought, maybe its a problem with the QuickDrive, but when I plug it into the USB ports on the back of my computer it works perfectly without any problems. I can't determine why the computer can recognize other devices on the front ports, but not the QuickDrive or why it will work on the back but not the front. If any of you have a solution to this please let me know as reaching behind my computer to plug this thing in is becoming a huge pain in the butt. Thanks.
