Well after alot of hard work wih my random freezing problem i finally found the root to my problem and its my psc706 acoustic edge sound card. Its a greta sound card also and would rather try and fix this problem and not just trash it. For now i have disabled the audio driver in devce manager for it and the compuer runs solid but no sound..

Ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the audio drivers

Ive updated bios and got the via 4 in 1 driver update.

I endabled and disabled on board sound (also disbaled driver of onboard sound when onboard sound was on)

Dont know what else to do...

To explain a bit better, you don't have a digitally signed driver (Microsoft Xp requires these drivers to ensure stability).

Generally, you can find them at your manufacturer's website or at Microsoft.com.
