Here is the thing. When i boot up, the numbers start running for the ram test and after that, nothing happens. Everything i have on the pc is brand new. 3.2 sempron processor, amd mobo, 1g dual ddr ram, nvidia 256 OC. I can't even get into bios. Things i've tried: *resetting bios from mobo *taking out one of the ram sticks (knowing they only work well togethter) *trying the ram sticks on another pc (worked fine) *trying the vidcard on another pc (worked fine) *running with just vid card and mobo (no cdrom) *running with just mobo (no cdrom or HD) No matter what i try, it always does the same thing. It doesn't even do an "ide scan for devices". Once the numbers are done testing, that's all i see on the screen. I also noticed that after the test is done, 3 seconds later, the keyboard is frozen as well (num lock won't work anymore is how i determined that). Please help!!! thanx.

Try your CPU in another computer or try another CPU is this one. You aren't getting through POST. I think that the problem is with your CPU or your MOBO.
