After I punch in my user name/password and I get a box which reads "Loading your personalized settings". This box dissappears and I am looking at a blank screen for a long time. Its stays that way till I press Ctrl + Alt + Del and I instantly get the desktop. This happens in Safe mode too; all user accounts. Nothing new was installed immediately before this issue. Msconfig and resgistry key for CUrrent Version\Run doesnt have any application which is freezing up. The same issue is happening on another system without any service packs and doesnt use user logon option. The only application used is NAV 2003 and Macromedia software. All were working fine. V.
