Looking for a free webserver for windows xp, I read that xp has a limit of 10 connections, does that mean no matter what server software I install if there are more than 10 users they will not be able to access it?
If so any suggestions? linux web server or 2003 server using IIS is the only way to go?
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

That XP limit you refer too is unrealted.
As far as webservers go, Apache is king. It can be a little bit difficult to configure, but if you have atleast a basic understandign of web servers and the ability to follow guides, it's no big deal.
I've also used Abyss which works great and has a nice web based configuration. However, it doesn't support .htaccess files (as Apache does) and therefore some scripts don't work on it.
