OK so far i have found out I have the
Backdoor.utro, and some other trojan thingy that keeps rebooting me...I have gone thru list of processes and found a few that are not good if I could figure out how to send a screenshot of desktop i would! I have
Nortons Anti virus with full subscription 2004 i think ran scan and fond 10 virus' and deleted 3 of them, I downloaded a registr cleaner and cleaned out them defragged, etc but still am having probs any suggestions???

do you use any anti-spyware programs?
Mess with the best, die like the rest!!!!PLEASE WRITER BACK IF MY ADVICE WAS HELPFUL

Virus and Spyware scans work better in Windows Safe-Mode. Tried them there ??
you can do a virus check online:

Turn off system restore. Reboot then scan. Depending on the virus Norton may remove it but you may have to use a specific tool to remove the stubborn ones.

have nortons professional 2004
ran in normal mode it found 10 things infected quarentined 3 of them ??
went in and manually removed most of them
ran in safe mode none found
here is main problem
I am a gamer I can play regular games e.g. SOF2, MOHAA etc but i put in BF2 and it crashes on me reboots the darn thing I get error message that states driver device so I go get new drivers install them and still rebooting after I put game in

OK after much work cleaning out this thing
something is missing in one of my EAGAMES folder or MOHAA and MOHspearhead and neither does BF2,BF2 loads up to where it optimizes video card then stops machine then reboots
I get no messages!?!
here is my question now
when i go to the properties for my video settings it says default monitor on GForce 5500. Before these problems it said sceptre # # # # (type of monitor) now it seems to be default or something
how can i get rid of default monitor and load mine wizard doesnt find it
