Is it possible to do it, and if so how??
This is for my girlfriend's mother's computer, because the other person doing it sadly died
Thanks for help

I'm afraid there's no conventional way of converting NTFS back to FAT32. However a third party program such as Partition Magic may be able to help.

Do you wanna convert or format?
If you don't have the diagnostic disk for your hard drive, go to the manufacturer's website & download their software...for instance, Western Digital's program is called Data Lifeguard...with it, you can partition, format, check drive for errors, etc:
http://support.wdc.com/download/
Maxtor's software is called PowerMax:
http://www.maxtor.com/en/support/downloads/powermax.htm
Seagate's is called SeaTools:

what operating system are u using if it is xp or newer versons of nt i sujest you should use ntfs nuless you need two use fat 32 for some other reason like you are using a dual boot with say 98 then you should use it cos win 98 me and 95 canot use ntfs post back tho so you can get more help if needed
