I am trying to run in ms-dos mode but i don't know how? I am trying to format by using the command Fdisk. I want to format my D drive. I need to restart my computer in ms-dos. If you want to format D: drive just click on properties on D: then format. If you want to format C: then you need a floopy disk (win98 Bootdisk) afte you boot into dos just type fdisk or just type "format c:" if it doesn't let you do it, it means your file systerm is NTFS, then you gotta do the fdisk one then delete non-dos partation then create the parmary partation, (it goes back to FAT32) then format c:

Hope this Help!!

I wish to format my C drive but my Win 98 program is on a CD with some other stuff. Can I separate the Win 98 from the CD put it on to a ZIP Disc and reload it from there after I have formatted the drive?
Thanx,
