I'm rinning on Windows XP Pro and i just formated my C drive and kept my other 2 hardrives intact so that i dont lose all my data. Those 2 secoundary drives are running on the RAID. Now when i installed windows i could only see my C Drive. This is scaring me because i have over 200gigs of data that i cant lose. What do you suject me to do.
Computer Info:
P4 3.06ghz HT
120gig (C Drive)
2x 200gig (secoundary drives runing on RAID)

It looks to me like the XP installed on the C: drive is not seeing the RAID. Is it a true hardware RAID or a software RAID on an EIDE controller? It could be a driver problem. What OS did you have on the C: drive before wiping it? Just how were the devices setup?

I formated Windows XP Pro and reinstalled Windows XP Pro again. They Were Working Fine Before i Formated and im using RAID cables with RAID Controlers (one controler for each hard drive and one raid cable for each controler pluged to the motherboard directly). When i first got the PC I didnt see them because they worent formated so i used Partition Magic 8 to do so. Now i cant see them with Patition Magic. Plus i dont want to format them i just want to use them and keep what curently on them. I can see them in the BIOS and they RAID options havent been changed since i formated.
Please help....Thanks!

Your new XP installation probably does not recognize your RAID config because it is lacking the drivers. I'm assuming you have these drives set to a RAID 0 mode and as you indicated the BIOS sees them set in your RAID mode. Try re-installing your RAID drivers that came with your MOBO/controller in XP. As you know, if you re-establish a RAID config in your BIOS, everything on your disks will be wiped.
