iwant to format and install windows home that i have instalation disk for my pc has no a drive so i have to do it with d drive how do i do this

Assuming that the D: drive is either CD or DVD, you will need to set your boot order sequence in the BIOS so that the PC uses the D: drive as the first boot device. Then put the Windows CD in the D: drive, reboot, and follow the screen prompts for installation of the OS.

You don't need an A (floppy) drive to install Windows XP. Just boot to the CD.
