I have a friend who has a laptop she wants to wipe clean the Hard drive on... I told her no problem but then I discovered she has no floppy drive... how do you format with just a cd rom drive? Any help would be appreciated!

Boot from the CD with XP system disk. Select Install fresh, do not select Upgrade. Go into the format screen, and remove all partitions, that wipes the drive clean. Then reset your partition(s), format, and the install starts automatically after format is complete.
